Woven Path Learning sells downloadable digital educational resources. Please read the information below before purchasing.
Digital Products
All products currently sold through Woven Path Learning are digital downloads unless clearly stated otherwise on the product page.
No physical product will be shipped or delivered.
After completing your purchase, you will receive access to the digital file using the download method provided at checkout or by email.
Please review the product description before purchasing to make sure the resource is suitable for your needs.
Refunds
Because digital products can be accessed and downloaded shortly after purchase, purchases of digital resources are generally non-refundable once the digital content has been accessed or downloaded, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Download or File Problems
If you:
receive the wrong file,
receive a file that is corrupted or does not work as described,
experience a genuine technical problem accessing your purchase, or
are charged incorrectly or more than once for the same transaction,
please contact Woven Path Learning so that the issue can be investigated and resolved.
Where appropriate, this may involve providing a replacement file, restoring access, correcting a transaction or providing another remedy required by applicable law.
Change of Mind
Please choose resources carefully before purchasing.
A change of mind, accidental purchase, failure to read the product description, or deciding that a correctly supplied resource is not suitable for your particular teaching situation will not ordinarily qualify for a refund after the digital product has been accessed or downloaded, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Suggested ages and language levels are provided as general guidance. Children develop and learn at different rates, so suitability for an individual child or group may vary.
